Audio / visual
A/V assistance is $30/hour. That covers a trained ALC A/V team member being there with you — our systems are complex (and expensive!), so we staff them rather than hand over the booth. We'll contact you to talk through what you need and confirm details.
Setup & decorations

This just helps us plan with you and keep the space safe — tape, tacks, and open flames are the usual things we'll flag.

Fees

Deposits will be refunded after a staff member reviews the submitted photos and confirms that the property, vehicle, or space has been returned to its original condition.

Your request goes to the church office for review — it isn't booked until it's approved. You'll get a confirmation email now and a decision soon after.
